Section 3 of the POCSO Act ଆୟତ୍ତ କରନ୍ତୁ — penetrative sexual assault ର ପରିଭାଷା, ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଉପାଦାନ ଏବଂ Section 4 ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଦଣ୍ଡ ସହ Supreme Court ଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି।
