Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and BEST AITECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("BEST AITECH", "we", or "us"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U62099KA2026PTC224754; GSTIN 29AAOCB9743Q1ZI), with its registered office at No. 128, Ground Floor, 6th Cross, 3rd Block, Nagarbhavi 1st Stage, Bengaluru - 560072, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using our platform and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform or services.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms posted on our website. We may modify these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version online, and the updated Terms become effective after notice or upon continued use of the service.

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (which explains personal data handling), our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the usage limits and prices shown on our Pricing page. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies.

Our platform provides AI-assisted legal tools (for research, drafting, translation, case management, and related workflows) that combine machine-generated outputs with user inputs.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date and is provided for general informational purposes only. BEST AITECH does not guarantee correctness or completeness of AI output, and no output constitutes legal advice or opinion.

You should independently verify and carefully review any AI-generated research summaries, draft documents, translations, or other content before relying on them in any professional capacity. The platform is intended to assist your work, not replace your own professional judgment or advice from qualified lawyers.

No Attorney-Client Relationship: Use of the services does not create an advocate-client relationship between you (or your clients) and BEST AITECH. All outputs and information are provided "as is" and you remain solely responsible for how you use or implement platform outputs in legal matters.

All rights, title, and interest in the platform including software, algorithms, legal databases, AI models, features, and compiled materials ("Platform Content") are owned by BEST AITECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property and database rights.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Platform Content and AI outputs for your internal business or personal reference in accordance with these Terms. Except for this limited usage right, no license or ownership is transferred to you.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform Content or outputs without prior written consent. Commercial exploitation beyond permitted scope, including creating competing datasets or services, is strictly prohibited.

Your Data and Inputs: You retain ownership of documents, case files, client information, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, process, store, and transmit it solely for providing and improving services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions to provide such content.

When using our platform, you agree to do so lawfully and responsibly, and to stay within the usage limits of your plan as shown on our Pricing page and inside the application.

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including those listed below.

Violation of acceptable use provisions may constitute a material breach and may result in suspension or termination of access. We may also initiate legal action for unauthorized use of the platform or content.

Account Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information. Each user must maintain a single account and keep credentials confidential and secure.

Sharing or lending login credentials to any other person or entity is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for ensuring authorized users in your organization comply with these Terms.

Security Obligations: You agree to take reasonable measures to protect account access. If you suspect unauthorized use, compromised credentials, or a security incident, you must notify us immediately at complaints@lawworld.ai or through support channels.

If we suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, including excessive use indicating credential sharing, we may suspend or disable your account temporarily for investigation. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

Access to premium features may require payment of subscription or usage fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan or service as presented at purchase or signup.

The Pro plan is offered on two terms. The monthly plan is ₹1,500 per month, paid through Razorpay at the start of each month; each payment buys one month of access. The yearly plan is paid upfront for the full year at the discounted annual price. You can renew from your account in the last 7 days of a period; a renewal covers all the user licences of your firm at the plan price. If a period ends unpaid, Pro features are locked until you renew Pro or switch to Pay as you go; your wallet balance and your work are kept. All fees are stated exclusive of GST, which is added at 18% at checkout, and every payment carries a GST tax invoice. Unless required by law, subscription payments are final and non-refundable, and no credit is provided for unused portions of a term. Prepaid wallet credits are consumed only by the usage-based features you actually use. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the limited exceptions.

No Guarantee of Results: Payment for a service does not guarantee any specific outcome, legal result, or business benefit. Services are provided in exchange for access to platform capabilities.

Changes to Fees: Pricing and subscription plans may change over time. Fee changes will be communicated and will apply prospectively to future billing cycles or new subscriptions unless otherwise required by law.

BEST AITECH PRIVATE LIMITED provides the platform, services, and all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will meet your requirements, achieve intended outcomes, remain uninterrupted, or be error-free. No information or content obtained through the platform creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

You acknowledge legal research and drafting outcomes may vary and that responsibility for verification remains with you. If dissatisfied with the service, your primary remedy is to stop using the platform, subject to applicable legal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEST AITECH PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of (or inability to use) the platform or services.

Excluded damages include, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, legal costs, or penalties arising from use of our services or reliance on any output.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited to the total fees paid by you for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

If you have not paid any fee (for example, free usage), liability is limited to INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand), except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEST AITECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the platform or services; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable law or regulation in connection with use of the service; or (d) your uploaded content or data, including claims that such content infringes third-party rights.

Without limiting the above, you specifically agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims by your clients or third parties arising due to your reliance on or use of platform AI outputs or legal data. This indemnity survives termination or expiration of your account and these Terms.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with such defense.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Arbitration: Disputes, controversies, or claims relating to these Terms or use of the services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and proceedings will be in English.

If parties do not agree on appointment of an arbitrator within 30 days of dispute notice, appointment will be made in accordance with applicable arbitration law. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive rights to court litigation except where court intervention is permitted.

Jurisdiction and Enforcement: Subject to arbitration, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement or proceedings requiring court relief. We may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in courts of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
