Section 34 of the Registration Act, 1908 ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ — କୌଣସି document registration ପୂର୍ବରୁ identity, execution ଓ authority ଉପରେ enquiry କରିବା registering officer ଙ୍କ mandatory duty।
