Prevention of Corruption Act ର Section 11 ଅନୁସାରେ public servant ନିଜ official proceeding ସହ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କଠାରୁ without consideration undue advantage ନେଲେ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ ହେବେ। ଏହାର ingredients, punishment ଏବଂ Supreme Court ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ।
