Sec 34 of Registration Act - Enquiry before registration by registering officer

Registration Act, 1908 ਦੇ Section 34 ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝੋ — ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ document ਨੂੰ register ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ identity, execution ਅਤੇ authority ਬਾਰੇ enquiry ਕਰਨਾ registering officer ਦੀ mandatory duty ਹੈ।
