Section 11A Labour Courts ଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ୟାୟ discharge ବା dismissal ରଦ୍ଦ କରି ନ୍ୟାଯ୍ୟ relief ଦେବା କ୍ଷମତା ଦିଏ। Tribunals କେବେ evidence ପୁନଃ ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ କରି disproportionate punishment ସୁଧାରିପାରିବେ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
