Industrial Disputes Act ର Section 19 ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ — settlements ଓ awards କେତେ ଦିନ binding ରହେ, expiry ପରେ କିପରି ଜାରି ରହେ ଏବଂ notice ଦେଇ କିପରି ଆଇନତଃ terminate କରିବେ।
