Section 37 NDPS Act ਸਾਰੇ offences ਨੂੰ cognizable ਅਤੇ non-bailable ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, bail ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ twin conditions ਨਾਲ। reasonable grounds, commercial quantity ਅਤੇ Supreme Court ਦੀ interpretation ਸਮਝੋ।
