Section 11 of the Domestic Violence Act ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ରୋକିବା, ସହାୟତା ସେବା ପାଇଁ ପାଣ୍ଠି ଓ ସଚେତନତା ପ୍ରସାର ଦିଗରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଆଇନଗତ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ।
