Negotiable Instruments Act ର Section 118 ର ସାତଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ presumptions — consideration ଠାରୁ holder in due course ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ — ଏବଂ ଏହା cheque bounce ମାମଲାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କିପରି ନେଇଥାଏ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
