POSH Act ની Section 27 મુજબ aggrieved woman કે ICC/LCC દ્વારા authorised વ્યક્તિની complaint વિના courts cognizance લઈ શકતા નથી. કોણ complaint કરી શકે, કઈ court trial કરી શકે અને offences non-cognizable કેમ છે તે સમજો.
