Section 9A of the Industrial Disputes Act ମାଷ୍ଟର କରନ୍ତୁ — ନିଯୁକ୍ତିଦାତା ସେବା ସର୍ତ୍ତ ବଦଳାଇବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ କେବେ 21 ଦିନର notice ଦେବେ ଏବଂ ନ ଦେଲେ କଣ ହେବ।
