Section 223 minors, persons of unsound mind ଓ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ probate ଦେବାକୁ ବାରଣ କରେ। Indian Succession Act ଅଧୀନରେ କିଏ ଅଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଓ କାହିଁକି ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
