Section 9A of the Industrial Disputes Act ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰੋ — employers ਨੂੰ service conditions ਬਦਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 21 days' notice ਕਦੋਂ ਦੇਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ 'ਤੇ ਕੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
