Section 10 of the Prevention of Corruption Act ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ — ਜਦੋਂ commercial organisation ਵੱਲੋਂ public servant ਨੂੰ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਦੇਣ 'ਤੇ directors, managers and officers ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
