Section 37 NDPS Act ସମସ୍ତ ଅପରାଧକୁ cognizable ଏବଂ non-bailable କରେ, bail ପାଇଁ କଠୋର twin conditions ସହିତ। reasonable grounds, commercial quantity ଏବଂ Supreme Court ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ।
