ਜਾਣੋ ਕਿ Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act ਕਿਵੇਂ courts ਨੂੰ parties ਨੂੰ arbitration ਵਿੱਚ refer ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ valid arbitration agreement ਹੋਵੇ।
