Section 8A ਦਾਜ ਦੇ trials ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਲਟਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ — accused ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ innocence ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਮਝੋ ਕਿ Sections 3 and 4 ਅਧੀਨ offences ਲਈ burden of proof ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
