Section 8A ଯୌତୁକ trial ର ସାଧାରଣ ନିୟମକୁ ଓଲଟାଇ ଦିଏ — accused କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଷ ପ୍ରମାଣ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। Sections 3 ଓ 4 ଅଧୀନ ଅପରାଧ ପାଇଁ burden of proof କିପରି କାମ କରେ ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ।
