Sec 29 of POCSO Act - Presumption as to certain offences

Section 29 of the POCSO Act ରେ burden of proof ଓଲଟିଯାଏ — foundational facts ପ୍ରମାଣିତ ହେଲେ court ଦୋଷ presume କରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ। ଏହି presumption କିପରି କାମ କରେ, ଏହାର ସୀମା ଏବଂ Supreme Court କ’ଣ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
