Section 139 NI Act کو سمجھیں اور جانیں کہ courts کیسے presume کرتی ہیں کہ cheque کسی legally enforceable debt کے لیے جاری ہوا تھا۔ جانیں کہ accused اس presumption کو کیسے rebut کر سکتا ہے۔
