POSH Act کا Section 27 عدالتوں کو aggrieved woman یا ICC/LCC کی complaint کے بغیر cognizance لینے سے روکتا ہے۔ جانیں کون complaint کر سکتا ہے، کون سی عدالت trial کر سکتی ہے اور offences کیوں non-cognizable ہیں۔
