Domestic Violence Act ର Section 35, good faith ରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ Protection Officer ଓ service provider ଙ୍କୁ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦିଏ। କିଏ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଓ ଏହି ସୁରକ୍ଷା କାହିଁକି ଜରୁରୀ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
