Sec 27 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act - Cognizance of offence by courts

Section 27 POSH Act ప్రకారం aggrieved woman లేదా ICC/LCC చేసిన complaint ఉంటేనే courts cognizance తీసుకుంటాయి. ఎవరు complain చేయవచ్చు, ఏ court try చేయవచ్చు, offences ఎందుకు non-cognizable అవుతాయో తెలుసుకోండి.
