Sec 27 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act - Cognizance of offence by courts

POSH Act ର Section 27 courts ଙ୍କୁ aggrieved woman କିମ୍ବା ICC/LCC ଙ୍କ complaint ବିନା cognizance ନେବାକୁ ବାରଣ କରେ। କିଏ complaint କରିପାରିବ, କେଉଁ court trial କରିବ ଏବଂ offences କାହିଁକି non-cognizable ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
