Sec 139 of NI Act - Presumption in favour of holder

Section 139 NI Act ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ courts କିପରି cheque legally enforceable debt ପାଇଁ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା presumption କରନ୍ତି। accused ଏହି presumption କୁ କିପରି rebut କରିପାରିବେ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
