POSH Act ପାଳନ ନକଲେ employers ଙ୍କୁ Rs 50,000 ଜରିମାନା ଓ business licence ହରାଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିପାରେ। Section 26 କେଉଁ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ ପାଇଁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଏ ଓ compliant କିପରି ରହିବେ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
