Section 27 POSH Act-ன் படி, aggrieved woman அல்லது ICC/LCC அளிக்கும் complaint இல்லாமல் Courts cognizance எடுக்க முடியாது. யார் complain செய்யலாம், எந்த court விசாரிக்கலாம், offences ஏன் non-cognizable என்பதை புரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்.
