POSH Act-এর Section 27 অনুযায়ী aggrieved woman বা ICC/LCC-এর complaint ছাড়া courts cognizance নিতে পারে না। কে complain করতে পারে, কোন court বিচার করবে এবং কেন offences non-cognizable তা জানুন।
