companies ଦ୍ୱାରା cheque dishonour ପାଇଁ Section 141 NI Act ର vicarious liability ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ। directors ଓ officers କେବେ prosecuted ହୋଇପାରିବେ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
