Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act ଅନୁସାରେ କେବଳ dowry ଦାବି କରିବା ମଧ୍ୟ ଦଣ୍ଡନୀୟ ଅପରାଧ। ଦଣ୍ଡ, ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଉପାଦାନ ଏବଂ Supreme Court ଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
