Section 4 of the POSH Act ରେ ଦକ୍ଷ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ — Internal Committee କିଏ ଗଠନ କରିବେ, ଏହାର ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଗଠନ ଓ ମୁଖ୍ୟ employer ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ।
