Section 16 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 ବୁଝନ୍ତୁ — personal bars ଯାହା plaintiff ସର୍ତ୍ତ ଭଙ୍ଗ କଲେ, ଅନୁଚିତ ଆଚରଣ କଲେ କିମ୍ବା readiness and willingness ପ୍ରମାଣରେ ବିଫଳ ହେଲେ specific performance କୁ ମନା କରେ।
