Sec 27 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act - Cognizance of offence by courts

POSH Act च्या Section 27 नुसार aggrieved woman किंवा ICC/LCC यांच्या complaint शिवाय Courts cognizance घेऊ शकत नाहीत. तक्रार कोण करू शकते, trial कोणते Court करू शकते आणि offences non-cognizable का आहेत ते समजा.
