Sec 27 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act - Cognizance of offence by courts

POSH Act ਦਾ Section 27 ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ cognizance ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਿਵਾਏ aggrieved woman ਜਾਂ ICC/LCC ਦੀ complaint ’ਤੇ। ਜਾਣੋ ਕੌਣ complaint ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਹੜੀ court trial ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ offences non-cognizable ਕਿਉਂ ਹਨ।
