Section 118, Negotiable Instruments Act ನ ಏಳು ಪ್ರಮುಖ presumptions ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ — consideration ನಿಂದ holder in due course ವರೆಗೆ — ಅವು cheque bounce ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
