Section 54 NDPS Act ଅଦାଲତଙ୍କୁ illicit drugs ର possession ରୁ guilt presume କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦିଏ। ପ୍ରମୁଖ Supreme Court rulings ସହ ଏହି reverse burden କିପରି କାମ କରେ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ।
